Documents to be submitted by Egyptian Students:
- The official original final bachelor’s transcript with proof of degree completion with the original stamps and with the grade required for applying for a Master's Degree.
- A final transcript of the four-year study.
- The temporary Master's Certificate with the required grade (for Ph.D. applicants)
- A birth certificate or an official copy of it.
- A copy of the National ID Card.
- Six personal (4*6) photos.
- Approval of the student’s workplace so that he/she can enroll for postgraduate studies.
- If the student is a civil citizen, he/she has to have the approval of his/her workplace that he/she can give all his/her time to studies if necessary (or according to the faculty’s bylaws)
- For males; The Military Status Certificate (postponed / temporarily exempted / finally exempted)
- The Armed Forces' approval in the case of conscripted students.
- The Officers Affairs Department's approval if the student is a military officer or a police officer.
Another Postgraduates acceptance terms:
- The applicant should have obtained a scientific degree from an Egyptian university or another university approved by the Higher Institute of Universities or equivalent institutes.
- For international students, regulatory rules are applied according to the execution rules of universities' regulatory rules and the Higher Institute rules.
- Work approval in case the student is working. The student must apply a statement that he/ she doesn't work in any government or private sector.
Postgraduate students must not apply for multiple degrees at the same time. The approval of the Postgraduate and Research Council according to faculty council approval or the approval of related specialized departments according to rule no.94 of the university regulatory rule is requested.
