As part of the Faculty’s efforts to build an aware and qualified generation capable of leading the future, the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels, in collaboration with the Leadership Development Center, concluded the first edition of the “Future Leaders Preparation” program. The program aimed to equip students with essential practical and life skills in line with the objectives of Egypt’s Vision 2030.
The program included three main training courses:
- Self-Marketing Skills
- First Aid
- Occupational Health and Safety
Under the patronage of:

- Prof. Dr. Faten Al-Alimi – Dean of the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels

Prof. Dr. Faten Al-Alimi extends sincere thanks and appreciation to the Leadership Development Center, led by Prof. Dr. Atwa Al-Metwally, for its pivotal role in organizing and hosting the program’s activities and providing an outstanding training environment that supported the success of the first edition.
The Faculty also expresses its gratitude to the Egyptian Red Crescent for their fruitful cooperation and active efforts in delivering first aid and occupational health and safety training, which contributed to raising students’ awareness and enhancing their practical skills.
The Faculty affirms its commitment to launching upcoming editions of the program, as part of its dedication to developing students’ leadership and professional capabilities and strengthening their readiness for the labor market.
